Pets In Prison Programs Growing in Popularity

Norberto "Rob" Rosa, associate vice president of operations for New Leash On Life USA, says other programs that foster the same concept as New Leash On Life are gaining popularity because everyone in the program is positively affected by the outcome. These types of programs help rescue dogs that may not be accepted into overflowing animal shelters, while also helping prisoners become productive members of society.
