This course offers both a comprehensive anatomical overview of the eye as well as an in-depth survey of neuro-opthamology, symptoms, and the latest pharmacological and surgical treatments. (10.75 CE credits)

This course offers both a comprehensive anatomical overview of the eye as well as an in-depth survey of neuro-opthamology, symptoms, and the latest pharmacological and surgical treatments. A broad selection of diseases are graphically illustrated including conjunctivitis, cataracts, optic neuritis, optic nerve hypoplasia, Horner’s syndrome, and others. Special subjects include ocular pharmacology which discuss proper administration of autonomic and antimicrobial drugs, anti-inflammatory agents, topical anesthetics, osmotic agents, and many others.

All modules are available to veterinarians and licensed, registered, or certified veterinary technicians.

Participants will qualify for a reduced fee if they register for all 10 modules.
