Datazone Research and Consulting, sponsors of the VetZone.com, published a new study delving into veterinarians personal values, self-evaluation of business skills and personality type. The study, entitled, Profile of the U.S. Small Animal Veterinarian, is the first of a series of planned research studies up for sale. The study was conducted through mail and an online survey using The VetZone research panel. The report is based on responses from 439 veterinarians who completed the survey.The survey gauges attitude, opinion and psychographic information to formulate conclusions about the business practices of veterinarians.Some of the results show that having a structured approach to running a practice is a major factor that sets the most successful veterinarians apart from their peers, the company says.The report is available for $4,500.
