David Hall: "There's a lot of benefits...that come from having a really-well-established mission, values, [and] culture. You get your team so much more aligned. The statistics on it are incredible. Things like: businesses with a well-established culture have 5 times less turnover than those without a well-established culture. When you look at employee statisfaction surveys that have been done in recent years, alignment between an employee and the values of the company that they work for is now rated as more important even then salary considerations."
