Kat Albrect, founder of Missing Pet Partnership, talks about the partnership's newly launched program called Mission Reunite. Employees from Missing Pet Partnership train animal shelter staff in how to coach cat and dog owners about what to do when their pet is missing.

The whole idea is to reduce the animal shelter population of strays and missing pets by increasing the amount of pets getting back to their owners before being taken to a shelter.
