Locking Plate

Securos introduces a compression plate that allows the surgeon to use locking screws, compression screws or both at any location.

The design of the plate evenly distributes the stress during loading. The locking holes are designed to place the screws in an optimized mechanical orientation, therefore, creating a better fixation.

The double-hole design is easier to use on more distal fractures.
