Mila International introduces the Companion Port, which allows repeated access to the venous system. The port is surgically placed subcutaneously and attaches to a silicone catheter.
The product eliminates the need for repeated catheter probes. The product is ideal for chemotherapy, antibiotics, fluid therapy and blood sampling, the company says.
