Jessica Taylor, DVM: It's really important when you have a team that everybody's on the same page and that we're united going forward. That really all stems from intentional communication. And while we think that a lot of these things could and should come naturally, really being intentional and planning those talking points, the training, check ins are what's going to make a business run well together.
