To convince skeptical clients that their pets can eat and drink with an Elizabethan collar on, we took a picture of a patient doing just that and posted the picture by the checkout desk.
To convince skeptical clients that their pets can eat and drink with an Elizabethan collar on, we took a picture of a patient doing just that and posted the picture by the checkout desk. Now when staff members sense that pet owners don't believe that their pets will eat with the collar on, staff members show the owners the picture. Compliance has zoomed!
