Staff meetings can be educational and fun if presented as a game show. I question staff members about things they should know regarding animal care or hospital policies. Correct responses are rewarded with candy or small items obtained at conferences. One of my favorite games is "Name That Parasite." We have also played using the Jeopardy format, in which staff members could pick the category and the level of difficulty.
