Idea Exchange: Give E-collars a spin in the washer

Read this reader tip for keeping Elizabethan collars clean.

To clean Elizabethan collars that hospitalized patients have used, we place the collars (< size 15) in the washing machine with a load of towels. The collars are clean, and it's easier than using any soak-and-scrub system.
