Idea Exchange: Don't waste therapeutic shampoo
Most therapeutic shampoos don't spread well.

Most therapeutic shampoos don't spread well. I used to waste a lot of shampoo trying to bathe my large dog; I might only get two baths per bottle. So now I pour the shampoo into a large spray bottle and dilute it with 30% to 50% water, depending on the thickness of the shampoo. When bathing my dog, I just wet the dog and spray the areas I need to scrub as I go. The shampoo ends up where I need it; no more waste! This trick also makes rinsing easier and works especially well for dogs with heavier coats.
