Idea Exchange: Deodorize anal gland odor

If you wipe a small amount of Speed Stick (Colgate-Palmolive) deodorant on a piece of gauze and then place the gauze on the anal gland area after expression, the smell disappears.

If you wipe a small amount of Speed Stick (Colgate-Palmolive) deodorant on a piece of gauze and then place the gauze on the anal gland area after expression, the smell disappears. One of our former veterinarians showed us that trick.
