Hunting for Talent is Constant for Veterinarians

Veterinary medicine is evolving in how they view their team members. Sheila Grosdidier, SCP, consultant for Veterinary Management Consultation, Inc., says the hunt for talent in the veterinary profession is now a constant practice.

Veterinarians used to treat their team member like Kleenex — you could pull a tissue from the box and there would still be another one. But now there is not an inexhaustible amount of veterinary team member available, so veterinarians better up their game if they want to keep the best people in their practice.
