In a dvm360® interview, veterinary professional, Jennifer Evans, shared her advice for practice managers, hospital directors, and staff memebers to make their work environment more inclusive and accepting for team members who are a part of the LGBTQ+ community.

Jennifer Evans: Showing up with a kind heart, assuming people are doing their best is a big deal. Practicing curiosity, asking questions about the people who surround you and validate their experiences. Educating them about your experiences and ask their perception of that.
