No one likes to put a price tag on human life, but life insurers must--if they want to stay profitable.
No one likes to put a price tag on human life, but life insurers must—if they want to stay profitable. In fact, they calculate that a married man between 25 and 44 years old is worth an average of nearly $1 million, and a woman between those ages is worth $660,000, according to a survey by the Life and Health Insurance Foundation for Education, an educational arm of the life insurance industry.
