Home foreclosures climbed 53 percent in June above the previous year, with one of every 501 U.S. households facing bank repossession, auction sale, or notice of default, according to real estate data from RealtyTrac. This trend has contributed to falling home prices--down 20.1 percent from a year ago, according to real estate valuation firm Integrated Asset Services. Firstline research shows that 63 percent of team members have a home mortgage, and their total debt including a mortgage is $93,179.87.
