Happy birthday, dear Rex
Our veterinary practice sends out birthday greetings.

On the first of every month I send out a personalized "Birthday Gram" email. The email reads, "Our records indicate that Rex is having a birthday this month! Call today to schedule his complimentary birthday nail trim." It's working well for us for many reasons. Patients usually inquire about other services or preventives that their pets need. The birthday nail trims fill up our technician appointment calendar and don't tie up our doctors. But most of all, our team members and clients love it.
