Maybe you're not a morning person. That's no excuse for waiting until after lunch to greet your team. "When you go to work in the morning, make a point to smile and say good morning to each of your co-workers," says Cheryl Hermann, BA, RVT, of Burlington Veterinary Center in Burlington, Kan. A simple smile in the morning will spread a little goodwill and help start everyone's day off right.
