Walk off your stressand give a pooch a chance to stretch her legs.
Katrina and Darbi walk it out. When I feel the steam about to come out of my ears, I head for the kennels, get my favorite puppy dog out and take the pooch for a walk. I enjoy a friend who will only listen and a nice walk outside away from the noise. Win win!
