From Human Hospice to Veterinary Hospice

Dani McVety, DVM, co-founder of Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice, talks about her journey through veterinary school and after. After graduating veterinary school, McVety spent some time working at a human hospice. She took this experience and tapped back into it as an emergency clinician. Then three months out of school, McVety decided to form Lap of Love and help with the evolution of how veterinarians handle euthanasia and end-of-life cases.
