Veterinary Products Laboratories announces the acquisition of VPL and Vet-Kem.
As a result of the acquisition, VPL will represent the Vet-Kem line of products in the animal health industry.
The company says its goal is to be able to provide veterinarians with the most comprehensive portfolio of innovative products and solutions for their client's animal health care needs.

The line of products provides relief from fleas, ticks and other insects on companion animals, in the home and in the yard.
The change officially took effect on April 18.
