The product is designed to quickly remove debris and biomaterials from the ear canal. Usually two-rinse applications are made to clear the ear before a disinfectant medication is applied.
The clear water-like liquid will kill all bacteria, including malassezia yeast, in minutes. Earigant is water soluble and non-irritating, the company says. Earigant also can be used as a general skin or wound cleaner.
