The language you use can make a difference. Which term gets it right?

When it comes to attracting clients to your veterinary practice, semantics is important. Some now think the terminology should focus on the preventative aspect of veterinary care rather than on wellness. But DVM Newsmagazine Editor Kristi Reimer isn't so sure. Here's her take on the terms.
