Patients and boarders often require medications that must be refrigerated. To make sure we don't forget to send these medications home, we designed laminated cards that say "Meds in fridge" to place in patients' treatment bags. Team members check the bags for these cards at the time of treatments and at discharge to make sure patients get their treatments and go home with their medications. We also have a card for patients we need to collect a fecal sample from.
