OrthoFiber is a high-strength orthopedic suture. The suture is a great alternative for cranial cruciate repair, coxo- femoral luxation and other orthopedic procedures.
Because the weak point of all sutures lies at the knot, Securos designed a unique Crimp Clamp for the OrthoFiber.
When used with the existing Securos instrumentation, the strength of the loop is significantly increased.
The suture's strength, resistance to abrasion, biocompatibility and the special Crimp Clamp make it the right choice for many orthopedic procedures, the company reports.
