Derungs Medical Lighting, a sister company of Waldmann Lighting Company, introduces the Cosy 20. This luminaire is the companys latest cool-to-the-touch halogen spotlight featuring a flexible, yet sturdy, gooseneck for stay-put positioning.The versatile light is ideal for a myriad of medical environments where precise illumination is required including examination rooms, patient rooms, waiting rooms and lobbies. The floor stand model, available in either silver or white to match virtually any office dŽcor, makes an ideal reading light for hospital staff and patients, and provides soft light thats gentle on the eyes.The light provides precise illumination by housing a MRC-11 12V, 20W halogen lamp with a 10-beam spread and 3100K kelvin temperature. The luminaire also includes a plug-in transformer for easy plug-in to a 120V power supply.In addition to the functional 59-inch floor stand model, the Cosy is available with a 34-inch reach gooseneck arm, and a 15.5-inch half-gooseneck arm (overall lengths vary depending on mounting method). All Cosy models (excluding the floor stand) include a sturdy table clamp. Additional mounting options include a weighted table base, wall bracket and portable stand with height-adjustable pole.
