Team members at North Liberty Pet Clinic in North Liberty, Iowa, vow that every client will walk out the door with more than just a receipt. That extra something might be a physical report card, a written recommendation, or a handout about their pets' conditions, Dr. Beth Shannon says. "And every piece of paper that leaves our practice has our practice name and Web site on it," she says. "It's not only great client communication, but great advertising, too."
