Heska introduces the SPOTCHEM EZ, a flexible in-clinic chemistry system.The unit features an advanced design that includes a single and multi-test,dry chemistry "strip" system and provides continuous measurementof up to nine analytes at a time, the company says. It also offers referencelab accuracy. The SPOTCHEM EZ uses serum, plasma, whole blood and containsa built-in centrifuge, the company says. The system also uses individualtest strips with the choice of 19 individual analytes.

The system gives veterinarians the ability to run pre-surgical and wellnessprofile multi-strips. Added individual strips also allow veterinarians tocustomize diagnostic profiles, the company says.
