Jorgensen Laboratories introduces the Straight 8 swing-arm centrifuge. Recent studies have shown the swing-arm or (horizontal) centrifugation of fecal samples will recover significantly higher number of parasitic ova than standard fixed arm centrifuges.

The eight-place swing arm centrifuge can accommodate up to a 15-ml centrifuge test tube. The centrifuge spins at 800-5,000 rpm and has a programmable timer.
