Stone Manufacturing introduces the Henderson Equine Castrating Instrument.
The product was developed from the original Henderson cattle castration tool introduced in 1994.
The new design has been under development and testing by the company for the past six years and has been tested on more than 1,000 horses, the company says.
The Henderson Equine Instrument includes:

- Reduction/elimination of bleeding from castration,
- Reduction of post-procedure swelling,
- Saves time in completing the procedure,
- Stress reduction — reports from veterinarians indicate horses react well following procedures.
- Removes more cord — veterinarians report more cord and tissue is removed using the Henderson instrument than other methods.
