Casting/Splinting

Securos announces the release of a new line of casting and splinting products OrthoCast and OrthoSplint. OrthoCast Plus, a fiberglass material, is strong, rigid and durable. The product has superior lamination, conformability, improved finish for smoother, softer edges, less dust, excellent X-ray radiolucency and is easily removed.

OrthoSplint is made from nine layers of fiberglass, impregnated with polyurethane resin. The product is covered by air and moisture permeable non-woven fabric, which serves as padding. Both products are sold in multiple sizes.
