a) Start oral phosphorus supplementation as soon as possible, and recheck her phosphorus concentration in six hours.

b) Stop her nasoesophageal tube feedings as this is likely secondary to refeeding syndrome.

c) Start parenteral phosphorus supplementation, and consider a blood transfusion.

d) Start Misou on prednisone to treat for hemolytic anemia.

e) Discontinue intravenous fluid therapy so her packed cell volume will increase.
