Securos introduces its 2X bone anchor that accepts two strands of large size suture. The Securos 2X Bone Anchor is inserted using a basic hand chuck (pre-drilling is not required). Once the anchor is fully inserted a few bending motions with the hand chuck snaps off the insertion shaft, leaving behind no sharp edges. The hole in the anchors head has no sharp edges and accepts two strands of large size monofilament suture. The bone anchor is available in a 3.5mm size and has numerous applications.
