BizQuiz: Would you be prepared if violence erupted at your veterinary practice?

Article

Violent incidents can happen anywhere, but there are things a practice team can do to be less vulnerable.

You’re right. It’s important to keep the threatening person in public to help prevent the situation from escalating. Never go with a potentially violent person into a room by yourself. If the situation does find its way into an exam room or out of the public eye, keep a team member with you.
