Miltex introduces a sterile disposable biopsy punch with plunger system.

The biopsy punch features a patent-pending internal plunger system addressing the challenge of removing a skin specimen when it becomes lodged inside the metal lumen of the punch.

The internal plunger system operates similar to a retractable pen, providing the user with effortless ejection of a lodged skin specimen without the introduction of the crushed artifact, the company says.

The new product is available in 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm and is color-coded by size in boxes of 25.
