The author suggests that both men and women can make up for 10 hours of lost sleep in a week by sleeping more than usual on the weekend and in the following week. If you've been missing sleep for years, you'll need to plan a vacation where you can wake up when your body wants to. Then you'll really know what your body needs and discover how late you can work and still make it home for your ideal bedtime.
