The new after-hours service is available by calling (800) 859-9975, and accessing CareCredits automated phone application.The new after-hours automated phone service provides an important tool to help clients accept optimal treatment, especially during situations when emergency veterinary care is needed, the company says. The automated phone application is easy-to-use and allows applications to be submitted in half the time of normal processing, the company adds. From a touch-tone phone, callers must follow the automated prompts to complete the required fields. Credit decisions are provided in seconds. The service is not available from 3:30 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
