Jan Woods: [No. 1], If you have a policy [for termination], follow your policy. If we don't follow our policies and we end up doing the opposite—in other words, our behaviors on the floor are totally opposite to what our policies are—then what we're doing on the floor has now become our policy, so [make sure to] follow your policies.
