2009 Year in Review

The debate over ear cropping and tail docking erupted again at the American Veterinary Medical Association meeting in July. While the association's House of Delegates voted to reaffirm its position against these cosmetic procedures, some delegates argued for a more modest position acknowledging American Kennel Club's breed standards.
