Dr. Mandsager is an assistant professor and chief of the anesthesiology section in the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences of the College of Veterinary Medicine at the Oklahoma State University (OSU). He received his veterinary degree in 1984 from Iowa State University and then practiced for two years at Oak Knoll Animal Hospital in Moline, Ill. He completed his residency in comparative anesthesiology at the University of Minnesota in 1989 then accepted a faculty position at OSU in July of that year. He received board certification in 1992.
