J. D. (Jim) Stowe, DVM

Dr. Stowe has been consulting and writing for the veterinary profession for more than 20 years in practice management and information technologies. During his career, Dr. Stowe has started and operated four practices, visited more than 1,000 practices and served as a consultant for more than 250 practices. He is also co-founder of Lifelearn and founder of EffectiVet Inc. Dr. Stowe has written and lectured extensively on practice management, marketing, computer applications to practice and lifelong learning including Creature Comfort, Effective Veterinary Practice and practice management articles for the Canadian Veterinary Journal and ARGOS, a veterinary journal in Spain.
