Fred Wininger, VMD, MS, DACVIM

Dr. Fred Wininger graduated from University of Pennsylvania in 2000. He is currently the section head of Neurology/ Neurosurgery at a busy St. Louis specialty practice and maintains an adjunct professor position at the University of Missouri where he train neurosurgical residents and continues neuroimaging and surgical research.
