Leilani Alvarez, DVM, DACVSMR, CVA, CCRT: For example, if I have a post-operative patient and I might be using some pharmaceutical drugs or I might be using some manual therapies or even ice cryotherapy to reduce their swelling and inflammation, that Assisi loop is on there at the same time that I'm doing those other strategies in order to target that different mechanism.
