Kills 99.9% of odor-causing bacteria

In advance of National Cat Day on October 29, 2023, Oil-Dri Corporation of America, a manufacturer of cat litter, has debuted its Cat's Pride Antibacterial Clumping Litter. According to the company,1 this litter is the first and only antibacterial litter in the US that kills 99.9% of odor-causing bacteria for a clean litter box and more sanitary home.

Scientists, specialists, and microbiologists teamed up to produce Cat's Pride Antibacterial Clumping Litter that is formulated using a special clay and a natural odor-fighting antibacterial ingredient.1 It targets the direct source of the odor for long-lasting odor control and prevents the smell from spreading throughout the home.

What’s more, through Cat's Pride's Litter for Good program, every jug sold donates a 1 lb of litter to animal shelters in need. National Cat Day celebrates domestic cats and particularly brings attention to those in need of forever homes.2
