This 3-week course is designed to give you the tools you need to take an analytical look at your marketing efforts in order to make modifications where they are needed to differentiate your practice from others. Topics covered include marketing theory and understanding what drives and motivates clients, types of marketing and how to implement each, constructing a marketing plan and perform a S.W.O.T. analysis, identifying marketing areas that need improvement, implement marketing techniques to both attract new clients as well as retain a loyal client base, and relating improved client and patient care to the overall marketing strategy.
