Introduction to Immunology and Principles of Vaccination
This online course provides an overview of how the immune system works, how vaccines can prevent disease, and why vaccines sometimes fail to protect from disease and occasionally cause adverse reactions. The course includes 4.5 hours of online video lectures. Participants have the freedom to go through the course on a schedule that best meets their needs.
