This is an experiential track that caters to those VAs who have 5 years or more of experience within the past 8 years, or
those who have completed at least 1 year of studies in an AVMA accredited veterinary technology program. This course offers
on-demand access to course materials - you can login and complete assignments at your convenience until the course closes.
Course prepares students to sit for the designated examination. Students are required (no exceptions) to be employed a minimum
of 20 hours per week actively as an assistant. The prospective student must perform the work of a veterinary assistant in
a practice that provides full medical care to clients with privately owned animals. (No CE credit)
