The Vet Confessionals project gives veterinarians, veterinary students, and team members an opportunity to share their burdens, their worries, their funny moments, and more, in an effort to build support and community. (To learn more about the project, watch the video clip below, and for more on how the idea came about, head over here.)

Do you have a confession? Something you need to say? Something to get off your chest? Some pressure that would ease if you shared what you're thinking? Please join the conversation!

Here are your options:
1. Old school: Download the Vet Confessions postcard here. To get the authentic experience, print it on cardstock. (Or use any postcard! Or really, write on any piece of paper and put in an envelope. We're not that picky!) Write down your confession. Break out your markers, if it adds to the mood. (Doodles are always welcome!) Address it to: Vet Confessions, dvm360, 8033 Flint, Lenexa, KS 66214. Add a stamp, and drop it in a nearby mailbox. This approach is completely anonymous.

2. Fill out this form. Easy peasy, write what you want and submit with a click. Full disclosure: It is technically possible for the gurus behind the scenes at dvm360 to figure out who you are, but they are sworn to silence. We swear, they will not share.

3. Email a photo or a scan of your downloaded postcard (or paper or card or whatever) to [email protected]. Combining the ability to doodle with the instant results of technology. (Same disclosure as #2 above.)

4. And finally, for those of you who aren’t afraid to stand by your secret (or maybe it’s as benign as “I wish I were a cat” because really, don’t we all) tweet it to us @dvm360 using hashtag #vetconfessionals.
