Follow these "next steps" to make sure your veterinary team is prepared to discuss feline care and wellness with clients.

Cats and their owners need to feel comfortable in your care, and you want to make sure you and your team are doing everything you can to make that happen. Let clients know you’re feline friendly at your practice by taking these next steps:

1. Show them some love. Is it clear that your clinic loves all things cats—and their owners? If not, try implementing these 5 tips to show these clients you value them and prove you’re a feline-friendly practice.

2. Conquer cat-carrier fear. Is a fear of the carrier preventing some clients from bringing their cats in?
